The storms of life come at us and make it rough.  I recall the story of Siddhartha Gautama and the Bodhi Tree.  The storms of lightning and winds and heavy rains did not move him. Sit still in the moment and be.

In the darkest of times a light always shines somewhere in the distance or hidden behind a wall. Look for the Light. Walk around the walls. Climb to the top of the mountain so you may be able to look far into the distance and see the Light. Once found, help lead others to the Light.
